WHY THIS JOB: PROJECT ENGINEER
This construction company works on high end unique multi-million dollar residential projects and is looking for a Project Engineer to join its team. Reporting directly to a Project Manager you will help with the success of the project at every step of the way. Communicating with homeowners, site superintendents & management will be key in ensuring high quality for the project is delivered. What You’ll Actually Do:
- Assist the Project Manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling, project notes, budget development, contractor estimates, system updates, Etc.
- Visit job sites with Project Manager
- Help to manage work schedule and supplies needs are ordered
- Review/manage mockups, and shop drawings as needed for the construction process
- Work with all parties to ensure the project will be ready for a final inspection
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelors in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Design, or direct construction experience in place of a degree
- 1-2+ years experience
- Construction experience – Residential Construction Experience is a Plus!
- Construction administration experience
- Ability to read plans
- Experience with Procore & Bluebeam
Where and How Much:
- In-Office Bozeman, MT – With job site visits
- $85K - $95K + Discretionary bonus
