Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Construction Project Manager based in Naples, FL. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for estimating, procurement, supervising construction projects, managing budgets, ensuring construction safety, overseeing project control, and on many projects will also be the Owners Representative.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Project Control
- Budgeting and Construction Safety
- 2 to 5 years Experience in Construction management
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
