Responsibilities:
- Sell Retail Roofing Services: Offer roof repairs and full replacements to homeowners.
- Work with Insurance: Assist customers in navigating insurance claims to get roofs fully replaced.
- Damage Assessment: Identify and assess roof damage, providing expert advice and solutions to customers.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop trust and rapport with homeowners, guiding them through the process of protecting and restoring their roofs.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Direct sales experience
Preferred:
- Sales experience, especially in roofing, construction, or related industries, 2 years
- Familiarity with insurance claim processes
- Knowledge of roofing materials and general home repair
