The Agency Relationship Manager is responsible for qualifying leads and prospects and generating opportunities that translate to revenue within the assigned territory through both proactive outbound campaigns and lead assignments. The position will identify and qualify opportunities within agencies and secure new clients and revenue channels for Leoforce. Additionally, the role will partner with global stakeholders to deliver the best strategies based on client needs.
Essential Functions:
- Execute Leoforce partner strategy by engaging partners around mutual solutions (technology or services) that enhance our customer’s experience with the Arya platform
- Identify and qualify opportunities within corporate organizations and secure new agencies and revenue channels for Leoforce
- Iterate, track, and improve on KPIs for our Partnerships, Alliances, & Business Development efforts in cooperation with other Partnerships team members
- Build and execute Leoforce business development strategy by proactively engaging agencies around mutual solutions (technology or services) that enhance our customer’s experience with the Arya platform
- Partner effectively and cross-functionally with departments such as Product, Sales, and Marketing to execute strategy and manage strong relationships with both our agency partners and global workforce
- Execute comprehensive strategies for new relationships and how they are structured from the ground up, while fostering growth of our existing partnership ecosystem
- Stay up-to-date with market trends within the HR Tech Sales space and conduct research to identify new markets and anticipate customer needs
- Develop and present detailed integration plans, prioritization, milestones, and business development updates to any level of the organization
- Represent Leoforce as an industry leader with partners, customers, and internal audiences and ensure that our strategic partnerships and partnership processes are appropriately visible both internally and externally
- Channel industry business and sales leadership experience, business development skills, including strategy, vision, while building and implementing business plans
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related degree and 4+ year of sales experience, preferably in Business Development, at a SaaS, B2B, or HR tech space, or other combination of education and experience
- Ability to build relationships with a solid executive presence and proven ability to build credibility with partner and internal executives
- Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan and set priorities, identify and resolve problems and produce measurable results
- Proven experience executing the entire business development strategy lifecycle, preferably for an enterprise B2B SaaS platform company
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and consolidate requests for multiple business strategies
- Established success in multiple partnering models including resell, referrals, global systems integration, OEM, consulting (GSI), and technology
- Demonstrated skill in building, coaching, and leading team members, global experience preferred
- Experience navigating large strategic relationships with a clear point of view on how deals can be optimally structured and managed
- Ability to shift seamlessly between long-term strategic development and tactical execution of key relationships
