Swoon is actively seeking a Dynatrace Engineer to join the team!
What your day-to-day look like?
- Monitor notifications, monitoring systems, triaging, escalations, adding new devices, working with the application development team
- Administer telemetry platforms ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance.
- End to end responsibilities within Dynatrace. Set up event management, logging, monitoring, and alerting
- Implement and configure Dynatrace’s application performance monitoring, including setting up dashboards, alerts, and reports for monitoring application performance.
- Troubleshooting using Dynatrace tools to resolve application issues.

What’s Required?
- 3+ years of recent monitoring experience with Dynatrace including config, install and support creating dashboards
- Hands on experience on other monitoring tools is helpful
- Able to build application metrics to interface with application owners, and building of dashboards
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Administration
- 2+ years working in Microsoft Azure

Direct-Hire / Full-Time Role – NO Contract
Location – Chicago (Downtown)
Hybrid – 3 days a week on-site
