We are seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation from warm and cold leads
· Follow-up and appointment setting of hot leads / demo requests
· Sales pipeline management
· Sales and Marketing Support
· Maintain detailed account records/notes in CRM system (Salesforce and Salesloft)
· Attain and surpass assigned sales and marketing goals
Required Qualifications:
· Competitive, with a strong desire to outperform peers, competitors, and established sales goals
· Superior written and verbal communications skills
· Motivated and passionate
· Ability to organize and prioritize daily activity
· Technology adept / comfortable learning and utilizing new technology
· Strong skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Google docs
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Experience corresponding with potential clients to assess needs and drive conversation accordingly and make appropriate suggestions
· Experience managing and updating information in a CRM like Salesforce or Hubspot
· Experience with Salesforce and GoToMeeting
· Ability to translate complex/technical information into a digestible format
