JSS Financial Services are working with a PE Backed business in finding an FP&A Manager to support them setting up commercial MI, FP&A processes and business partnering with the senior leaders of the business who are established leaders in their field.
6 month contract
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in FP&A and commercial finance ideally in a large company so you know what good looks like
- You will need to set up MI and financial reporting from scratch so ability to roll up sleeves
- A growth mindset and ability to business partner with senior stakeholders
- Experience using Adaptive or a similar planning tool
- Experience in financial services or working in a PE Backed business is highly advantageous
- Experienced contractor who has proven track record hitting the ground running

This will be a 6 month contract based in Boston (ideally with some office based work). Equivalent permanent salary $150,000
