Position: Trade Operations Analyst
Location: Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite in Boston, MA
Duration: 4 - 6+ month contract with possibility to extend
Under general supervision of the Sr Manager of the Retail SMA Trading Operations Group, the Trading Operations Analyst ensures the integrity of data associated with Retail SMA and performs oversight functions related to Outsourcing vendor.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with oversight functions related to Retail SMA Outsourcing provider which includes review of daily, weekly and monthly audit reports (such as reconciliation reports, data-checks, frozen accounts, SLA Metrics and error reporting).
- Responsible for monitoring Model change rotations to ensure timely and accurate execution as well as reviewing changes to the rotation list
- Provides operational support as it relates to Sales Data Management. These responsibilities include reconciliations to ensure data integrity across internal systems.
- Responsible for ensuring the sponsor data loads to internal systems accurately and completely. In addition, pulls data from various sponsor systems and runs the daily and T+1 reconciliation which compares the organization's and sponsor model weights.
- Identifies, communicates issues and collaborates with internal and external teams to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot any potential problems as they may arise.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or math-related field.
- 1 to 3 years of industry experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with financial systems such as Onbase, InvestCloud APL is preferred and Xceptor/AARI is a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel.
- Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment as well as exercising independent judgment from time to time.
