Payroll Manager - Healthcare Network - FULLY REMOTE - up to $95k salary
Roessel Joy has partnered with a long-standing healthcare network who is seeking to bring on a Payroll Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with high-volume payroll processing, multi-state, and multi-payroll experience. This role requires at least 4 years of experience managing a payroll team.
Payroll Manager Job Duties
- Oversee a team of payroll professionals
- Execute high-level strategy and process improvements surrounding payroll processing
- Drive team engagement and motivation including conducting regular training
- Manage payroll tax and payroll tax reporting
- Navigate multiple high-volume payrolls
Qualifications
- 8+ years payroll experience
- 4+ years in a leadership role, managing payroll professionals
- CPP certification is a plus
- High-volume, fast paced payroll processing experience
This position is FULLY REMOTE and will require regular overtime commitments
