The Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll use your expertise in decision science and machine learning (ML) to tackle complex challenges and drive performance in ad delivery. You will:
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade models on large-scale datasets to optimize ad delivery and relevancy.
- Develop scalable classifiers and tools using ML, data regression, and rules-based models.
- Apply innovative ML techniques to solve growth and performance challenges.
- Work with large-scale data using platforms like Spark, Hive, and other ML tools.
- Leverage statistical modeling and forecasting algorithms to inform key business decisions.
Your Experience
- PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Operational Research, or another quantitative field.
- Proven success working collaboratively with Data Science teams, ideally in the AdTech industry.
- Proficient in Python, Spark, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Deep experience with ML techniques such as deep learning, causal inference, and regression analysis.
- Skilled in working within cloud environments to scale data processing and ML models.
