Mid-Level Healthcare Associate Attorney
Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join their Healthcare & Insurance Division. They are open to considering candidates based in Dallas, Washington DC, New York City, Phoenix and Tampa.
The salary range for this position is between $200,000 - $225,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Overview:
This role will advise on a variety of aspects of the healthcare industry, including providers, payers, and companies in the life sciences industry. Additionally, this firm’s Healthcare & Insurance Division has a proven track record of producing successful young partners and would provide the right candidate a robust platform to develop and grow a thriving health law practice.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in a law firm with health law experience, representing a health related regulatory agency, or in the healthcare industry
- Regulatory and transactional experience advising health care providers, health care insurers, device and/or pharmaceutical manufacturers, or health information technology companies
- Experience advising managed care plans is a plus
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and possess strong academic credentials
- Must have active license in the applicable jurisdiction or the ability to waive in to practice
