- Traditional Level 1, Group Authority and Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Troubleshoot/Support.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform PC hardware and printer installation, IP phone installation, imaging of computers, and setup of Microsoft Windows in a network environment.
- Conduct network and software administration, including troubleshooting for end users.
- Provide training and consultation as needed on hardware and software and make recommendations about future planning and IT resource needs.
- Analyze business requirements to identify projects and technologies to enable business improvements and serve as the project manager for IT initiatives from concept through release.
- Provide technical support to end users via telephone, e-mail, or in person.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred with two years working experience in an IT related field.
