Client is seeking a dynamic, collaboration-focused individual, with a track record of successfully leading organizations through change, to join the Change Management Division. In this role, you will serve as a thought leader, focusing on driving sustainable longer-term change within the organization. The position will routinely coordinate with the transformation office, initiative owners and leaders at all levels to deliver a holistic set of tools and best practices used to facilitate change and ensure a successful transformation. This role will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the large-scale changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and targeted outcomes.

Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Business Administration, Communications, Anthropology, or related field.
- Change Management Certification from a professional organization such as ACMP, Prosci, AIM, or comparable.
- Ten years’ experience in developing and executing communications/engagement, change management programs, culture building, and capability building programs within a large organization, including communication plans for large functions, behavior change strategies, employee engagement and talent development
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale enterprise change management solutions leading critical complex transformations in fast-paced, highly charged environments on multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
- Familiarity with employee satisfaction surveys
