SUMMARY
Inside sales person focused on prospecting and on activating leads, onboarding new reseller customers, and selling to these new accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This will be a heavily-outbound phone sales position, designed to find and activate new customers and develop new business for D&H.
- Customer facing phone sales role combining sales and customer service, designed to find and activate new reseller customers and develop new business for D&H.
- Answer phone and respond to all customer requests.
- Work independently and along with the specialty, sales and support teams to promote customer satisfaction and achieve goals.
- Work with prospects and leads to find new customers and onboard them as new D&H accounts.
- Activate these new customers and generate new business.
- Working with other D&H Departments such as Marketing and with D&H Vendors to generate leads and prospects.
- Achievement of monthly sales and breadth goals.
- Management and completion of outbound call and solution Campaigns.
- Attend sales and product trainings.
- May be asked to attend reseller shows and events to meet with prospects in person.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Project a professional company image through phone and interpersonal interaction.
- Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
- Meet outbound call requirements and other goals and requirements as set forth by Sales Management.
- Adhere to all company policies procedures and ethics including company attendance policy.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- College education preferred.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of sales or phone sales experience.
