Responsibilities
- We are seeking a versatile Marketing Coordinator with a focus on product marketing, events coordination, and expanding our contact database
- This role is instrumental in supporting the marketing team's efforts to promote our products/services, manage events effectively, and grow our customer and prospect database
- Assist in developing and implementing product marketing strategies to promote our products/services effectively
- Create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales support materials
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to refine product messaging and positioning
- Support product launches and promotional activities to drive awareness and sales
- Plan, organize, and execute company events such as conferences, seminars, webinars, and customer events
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, signage, and audiovisual requirements
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and promotional strategies to ensure successful outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve event objectives
- Manage and expand the company’s contact database through effective data acquisition and segmentation strategies
- Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement
- Analyze database trends and performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and lead-generation efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content creation, and sales to align marketing activities with business goals
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, presentations, and reports as needed
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing, events coordination, and database management
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
