We are looking for a senior BI Analyst to join our team, where he/she will play a crucial role in analyzing and enhancing the customer journey. Your technical expertise and analytical skills will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the gaming industry, making impactful contributions to our customer's success.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and optimizing the customer journey and making data-driven recommendations which help to enhance customer experiences that drive ROI at each stage of the customer lifecycle.
- Presenting analysis and valuable insights in a clear format to support acquisition as well as retention strategies to influence change.
- Efficiently manage, suggest, and implement improvements, and deliver on the reporting needs of various stakeholders to support their initiatives and efforts, focusing on their underlying goals and again ROI of those.
- Promoting a data-driven culture within the business and setting the standard to ensure the teams adopt a robust test-and-learn approach.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of iGaming expertise with an operator
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, conducted as part of A/B testing
- Knowledge of data modelling
- Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) and cloud-based BI solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, and experience with data lakehouses.
- Familiarity with data extraction, ETL processes, and integration.
