HCL Tech is growing and looking to add a Nashville, Tennessee based Technical Delivery Program Manager to our Digital Consulting practice Group. This is an Account Delivery Manager role for Applications.
We are looking for someone to lead our retail client account as the overall Applications Delivery Head (Applications Support and Applications Development). He/ she should have experience in managing a large customer account (~100+ team size) with multiple projects, proven capabilities in growing revenues & headcount, strong customer-facing/ relationship skills with Retail industry customers.
REQUIRED SKILLLS: Program Management in Applications support/development, Digital and Agile Technologies, Java Technologies, Retail Domain
SCOPE:
- To enable the development of new competencies or solutions through the practice team for complex business challenges and cultivate or expand client relationships to identify new opportunities for collaboration
- To provide enterprise solutions and technical strategies for implementation and roadmaps for meeting customer's IT and business vision
- To lead and build well-defined capability that meets the current business needs and future market demands based on HCL's business focus and growth plan
- To nurture and enhance customer connect at all levels
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong delivery and operational experience of 10+ years
- Ability to manage portfolio of 100 to 200 team members
- Good customer facing and communication skills
- Knowledge of digital technologies and execution patterns
- Good understanding of distributed agile
- Must have a good understanding of Retail domain
