CSP’s Real Estate & Financial Services practice has partnered with an independent financial services firm seeking a dynamic team member. The Client Services Coordinator will support advisors in delivering exceptional client service. This role is instrumental in ensuring clients' financial needs are met promptly and positively, while fostering strong, personal relationships within the team and clients. Reporting directly to the Partners/Owners, this position plays a crucial role in the firm’s client-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Track advisor schedules and provide regular reporting.
- Monitor client meeting schedules to ensure all clients receive timely attention.
- Conduct client outreach activities.
- Prepare reports, applications, and presentations for client meetings.
- Maintain current status notes in the firm’s CRM system.
- Provide clients with periodic reports on holdings, balances, and update insurance and investment summaries.
- Generate weekly notes reports to keep advisors informed of client activities.
- Update client contact information in CRM system and ensure client files are organized and current.
Paraplanning & Investment Research:
- Utilize EMoney Financial Planning Software to assist in building financial plans alongside advisors.
- Perform investment analysis using Morningstar Advisor Workstation, Y-Charts, and Fi360.
- Collaborate with the team on Quarterly Investment Committee meetings.
Client Service and Processing:
- Process new applications for investment and insurance clients.
- Follow up on new investment accounts and insurance applications.
- Communicate status updates to advisors and clients.
- Ensure timely resolution of any issues with new investment applications.
- Handle client requests such as distributions from investment accounts, modifications to monthly investment plans, and updates to account information.
- Support the team with general office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- College degree required.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ideally, proficient in Redtail Technology and Charles Schwab.
- Strong team player with a desire for professional growth.
