The Sourcing & Talent Access Coordinator’s primary responsibilities will include data entry, candidate sourcing, and oversight of all things tech-related in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Search Operations Manager to scrub, organize, and maintain company information within the database
- Proactively carve out new prospecting territories for future MRG hires through careful research & analysis
- Develop & implement SOP’s for generating sales leads for the Account Executives.
- Participate as an active team member on job order intake calls
- Engineer searches, source candidates, and ensure accurate data entry in the database
- Consistently look for new ways to innovate & seek out new sourcing strategies
- Manage & maintain office security system and internet access
- Handle in-office tech issues – troubleshooting & interface with MSP
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Library Science, or related studies is preferred
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail, strong organization skills, and computer/technology proficiency
- Experience with Boolean Search & the recruiting industry is a plus
- Willingness to work in-office
- Strong communication skills & ability to work well within a team setting
- Professionalism & openness to coaching
- Comfort & ability to work within deadlines
