We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer / Embedded Programmer with expertise in Linux, C/C++, wireless technologies (Bluetooth, WiFi), and GUI development. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in embedded systems, PIC microcontroller programming, linux programming, PC GUI development and hardware integration. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining software solutions for our innovative products.
Salary USD 85000 - 100000 Per Year
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for our products, with a focus on Linux, C++, Bluetooth, WiFi, and GUI development
• C/C++ PIC microcontroller programming
• C/C++ SBC (iMX7) Linux programming
• C# PC GUI development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications
• Implement and optimize software for efficient and reliable performance on embedded systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality and robust software.
• Work closely with hardware engineers to integrate software with hardware components, including touch screens and wireless technologies.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in software development for embedded systems.
• Proficiency in C++ programming language and Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of wireless technologies, including Bluetooth and WiFi.
• Experience with GUI development and touch screens.
• Solid understanding of hardware/software integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with wireless (Radio Frequency), cybersecurity, hacking, vulnerabilities, threats
• Previous experience in the development of consumer electronics or IoT devices.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies used in test equipment.
