Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations: Assist in addressing tenant inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner. Ensure tenant satisfaction and foster positive tenant relationships.
- Lease Administration: Support the Property Manager in maintaining accurate lease records, preparing lease summaries, and tracking critical dates such as lease expirations and renewals.
- Maintenance Coordination: Oversee maintenance requests and coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of issues. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Vendor Management: Assist in the selection, negotiation, and management of service contracts with third-party vendors. Monitor vendor performance and ensure services are delivered in accordance with contracts and company standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain various property management reports, including occupancy reports, rent rolls, and budget reports. Assist in preparing reports for ownership and management review.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Property Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining organized property files.
Qualifications
- 3 years of Commerical property experience
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
