Job Description:
- We are seeking a motivated Procurement Data Analyst to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing procurement data, generating insights, and supporting purchasing decisions through effective data manipulation and visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources related to procurement and supplier performance.
- Utilize tools such as Sievo, SAP, and Category Analytics for data assessment, manipulation, and visualization.
- Perform manual data tasks, including filtering, categorizing, and organizing purchase order data.
- Support the procurement team in decision-making by providing insights on supplier options across different categories.
- Assist in the evaluation of indirect procurement data to inform market access and buying decisions.
- Generate reports and visualizations to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to refine data processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a procurement or contract analyst role.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and purchase order management.
- Strong skills in data manipulation and filtering; experience with data visualization is a plus.
- Proficiency with tools like Sievo and SAP is advantageous.
- Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
