Summary of Role:
Traditions of America, a national leader in the development of 55+ lifestyle communities, seeks an experienced individual to manage entitlements, supervision of third party experts, predevelopment permitting, approvals, municipal public meetings and manage due diligence for its future communities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend and present on behalf of Traditions of America at public meetings
- Manage outside, engineers, attorneys, and consultants
- Manage all governmental permits and approvals
- Assist General Counsel with all corporate legal matters
- Travel required
Education and Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- 5+ years zoning/land use law experience
- Barred in PA
- Significant municipal experience required
The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects, competing tasks and demands and seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.
