Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the executive’s personal and business calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and ensuring alignment with priorities.
– Coordinate board meetings, executive lunches, and monthly meals provided to local organizations.
– Arrange travel, create detailed itineraries, and manage logistics for business meetings, lunches, and dinners.
– Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
– Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings, maintaining confidentiality where required.
– Monitor and manage emails, calls, and correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters.
– Handle expense reports and track budgets related to travel and events.
– Conduct research on various topics to support decision-making processes.
– Proactively manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
– Assist in managing the CEO’s personal errands.
– Stay highly organized and handle tasks with precision and care.
– Go above and beyond to support the CEO and the team, ensuring seamless daily operations.
