WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Project programming, management, and scheduling
- Design (hand, Sketchup, Revit, and other design and presentation software)
- Specifications writing
- Cost estimating
- Development of construction documents using Revit
- Construction administration/management
- Other
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION – REQUIRED:
· B. Arch or commensurate experience
· 5+ years of Architectural Experience / 2 years as an Architect
· Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
· CA Building Code / DSA knowledge helpful
Employment Type: Permanent / Full Time
Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 DOE
