Job description
Staffing Depot is looking for a motivated and well-spoken Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing our new customer pipeline, documentation of progress through the sales process, communicating with customers and branch staff including negotiation of staffing agreements and pricing exercises, and working through the implementation of new clients to ensure a smooth sales process. This role may include working on selected Request for Proposals and/or Information. This is a fast-paced role with multiple customers at various stages of the sales pipeline.
To be successful as a Sales Representative you should be able to build rapport, be an active listener, problem solver, as well as organized with strong technical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding customers' needs and moving efficiently through our detail-oriented sales process.
- Managing contract review, pricing exercises and the implementation process for multiple customers simultaneously.
- Ability to negotiate contract terms, pricing and other business terms as required in a professional manner.
- Answering internal and external customer questions and sending additional information per email.
- Following up on leads, outstanding deliverables and action items in a timely manner to keep the sales process moving efficiently.
- Maintaining a database of current and potential customers using our internal tools.
- Ability to work collaborative with multiple customers in explaining and demonstrating the benefits of the contracts we are negotiating.
- Staying informed about competing products and services within the Staffing Industry.
- Researching and qualifying new leads as well as achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements.
- Demonstrable experience in sales support administration, or similar.
- Proficiency in MSOffice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.
- 5 or more years’ experience in either inside or outside sales or client account management.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Self-Starter
- Experience with CRM

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
