Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Spearhead the development and execution of the AI/ML practice strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching vision and driving transformative business growth.
- Leverage deep industry insights to assess and capitalize on emerging trends, innovative technologies, and new market opportunities, ensuring the AI/ML practice remains a frontrunner in the evolving landscape.
- Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, particularly in leading teams through complex challenges.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, utilizing AI/ML to solve complex business challenges, drive measurable ROI, and deliver long-term operational transformations.
- Oversee client engagements from start to finish, ensuring timely, within-budget project delivery, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build and lead a high-performing team of AI/ML professionals, empowering them with strategic direction, technical guidance, and continuous development.
Driving Solution Design to Delivery
- Collaborate with Technical Solutions, product management, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance AI/ML solutions, ensuring they align with both client requirements and broader business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 12-15 years of industry experience with at least five (5) years in an AI/ML Consulting environment as an AI/ML Practice Director or Lead.
- Extensive experience with Data Solutions and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead AI/ML engagements across mid-market and enterprise-level clients, driving measurable business transformations from strategy to execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
