Our client is a rapidly growing player in the medical robotics arena with a mission to digitizes the interface between the surgeon and the patient to improve minimally invasive surgery through digital laparoscopy.
The Graphic Designer works directly with the Marketing team, internal clients, external marketing partners, and other stakeholders to champion company communications strategies through graphic design. This role creates design solutions that align with the company’s brand goals and leverages graphic design and marketing communications knowledge to produce effective communications solutions. The individual must be creative, highly organized, deadline-oriented, and an effective communicator. The Graphic Designer utilizes professional design platforms, art direction skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to accomplish these tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designs customer-facing print and digital marketing materials to effectively communicate company programs and product information (e.g. brochures, posters, ads, banners, interactive deliverables, etc.).
- Interfaces with internal and external clients to understand project objectives and translate them into creative deliverables.
- Partners with vendors to meet deadlines and ensure quality.
- Uses specialized graphic design software to execute ideas and prepare files for both electronic and print usage.
- Participates in the print production design process (brochures, print ads, certificates, posters, tradeshow graphics, banners, etc.) from concept to approval.
- Incorporate feedback and amend designs in a timely manner in accordance to project deadlines.
- Manages digital production process across multiple platforms (email campaigns, online ads, website, presentations, video, etc.) from concept to approval.
- Creates social media content (images, gifs, videos, infographics, etc.) that aligns to the Marketing Communications editorial calendar.
- Aligns with design industry trends and best practices, while balancing regulatory guidelines required for the medical device industry
- Maintains Marketing Assets Library, acting as point person for ensuring all digital assets files are organized and current.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design, communications, advertising, marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of related graphic design experience, with experience in both print and digital production.
- Demonstrated graphic design proficiency in print, digital, web, and presentation environments.
- Experience in managing multiple projects at a time, with tight deadlines and multiple internal and external clients.
- Experience in healthcare marketing is strongly preferred.
- Software proficiency required: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Photography knowledge/skills are a plus.
