Please note that this is a long-term consulting opportunity. The right individual needs to be comfortable working onsite (north of Indianapolis) in a contract position.
REQUIRED:
- Five+ years of experience overseeing / managing / coordinating operational/business projects; Ideal candidates will have experience managing a variety of projects and won't be limited to one vertical.
- Skills to know how to drive engagement from whatever audience that you may need action from. (Is an email best? Phone call? Do I walk by the person’s desk? How do I track the needed info down?)
- Ability to support concurrent projects
- Ability to run or support effective and efficient meetings with stakeholders and technical teams. You will be the resource to disseminate meeting minutes, action plans, next steps, etc.
- Strong status reporting and project tracking skills.
- Self-starting skills. Ability to find information you need and work autonomously whenever possible.
- Plays nicely with others is a must. This is a bridge-builder type roll, bringing together the business, tech teams, third party vendors, etc.
- Must be comfortable working onsite in a long-term consulting role.
