Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analytics Consultant to optimize digital campaigns within the Customer Success domain. This role is instrumental in using data analysis to enhance campaign performance, drive customer engagement, increase retention, and reduce churn. As a consultant, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to design and evaluate campaigns that maximize renewals and support customer success. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in digital marketing, campaign analytics, and customer lifecycle management, with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Measurement & Reporting: Develop frameworks to measure engagement, adoption, and retention. Utilize tools like Tableau, Python, and Excel to create dashboards and reports that track campaign performance, focusing on churn, renewals, and customer retention, and simplifying insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Automation: Identify and implement process improvements and automation in data collection and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct advanced analysis of customer engagement and interactions, uncovering actionable insights to optimize campaign targeting and customer retention strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align campaign strategies with business goals and enhance customer retention efforts.
- Insights Presentation: Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring they align with broader customer success objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analytics, with a focus on Customer Success Analytics or Renewal Insights.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
- Good understanding of Customer Success metrics and renewal processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the technology or SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Snowflake).
- Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques such as forecasting, predictive modelling, and machine learning.
