TEC GROUP IS SEEKING AN ELECTRICAL DESIGNER OR DESIGN ENGINEER FOR OUR LEADING ENGINEERING CONSULTING FIRM CLIENT.
Responsibilities
• Develop design drawings that include low voltage projects such as CCTV, audio-visual, access controls, fire sprinkler systems, etc.
• Perform various calculations to determine sizing, quantities, and placement of parts.
• Review documents from sub-contractors and/or clients that include technology standards, submittals, and product spec sheets.
• Perform submittal reviews and respond timely to RFI’s.
• May be required to visit project locations during construction to take part in job walks.
• Good at working with clients and the MEP design teams.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience working on technical designs including such as Low Voltage Cabling, access systems, and Audio-Visual Systems.
• Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, BIM Tools, Wi-Fi Modeling Software.
•Knowledge in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM360.
SALARY IS BASED ON EDUCATION, SKILL SET, AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
