Your Role:
As a member of our team, your duties will include:
- Data Entry & Basic Reporting: Keep our operations running smoothly with accurate data management and reporting.
- Customer Interaction: Handle phone calls and emails, providing pre-delivery and post-sale support such as order entry, order status updates, expedited delivery, pricing, availability, and limited technical support.

Pay range: $19-23/hr depending on experience
