This position is ideal for a hands-on Program Manager with experience in Government and DoD Contracts, who is eager to make a significant impact on some of the nation’s most exciting and classified projects!
The role:
- Lead collaboratively to drive quality and excellence in program deliverables.
- Partner with the Proposals team, managing and responding to RFPs.
- Engage in the Capture Phase, identifying winning strategies and solutions.
- Build and expand your own team over time
The person:
- Experience with DoD and Government contracts
- Knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
- Seeking training on world-class technology with a path to advance into Director-level roles
