DataStaff, Inc is seeking Senior Program Architect for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients located in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities:
- Support existing applications for maintenance, enhancement and upcoming modernization.
- Work on any needed software and application upgrade, architecture support and management, effort management as well as database administration, CICS and Telon technical support.
- Use Telon for development of online CICS/Cobol/DB2 application module.
- Lead the effort for all CSS Applications (mainframe as well as web) continue to meet IRS 1075 requirements and assist with regular IRS review and mitigation needs.
- Play key architectural role in planning and implementation of Child support application modernization apart from working on needed Child support program enhancement efforts spanning across Mainframe and web application (Java, WebSphere, Windows server).
Required Skills:
- 7 Years - Architecture support and management,
- 10 Years - DB2 (Z/OS) application Programming and DBA
- 7 Years - TELON (Mainframe) Architecture and Programming
- 10 Years - Mainframe technologies (Cobol, CICS, JCL, DB2, Zeke, X/PTR)
- 5 Years - Knowledge of tools and technology for data encryption
- 7 Years - Experience in planning and implementation of Child support application modernization
- 7 Years - Strong working knowledge of the Child Support business
- 5 Years - Experience with structured system development methodologies, preferably waterfall method
- 5 Years - Web application experience (WebSphere, Java)
