Our client, a leading turn-key facility services firm, is looking for a Bilingual Concierge for their office in Brooklyn, NY.
This position is full time, and requires professional fluency in both English and Mandarin.
You will be an integral member of the front office team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our tenants/guests. You will warmly greet and assist them with their requests, travel itinerary, reservations, and overall guest experience details.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the security of the building and the safety of tenants/guests
- Exceptional communications skills to ensure tenants/guests were promptly notified of any deliveries and visitations.
- Ability to organize concierge area including package area to ensure packages and mail were given to tenants/guests promptly and communicate with management of any packages that were not picked up by tenants/guest.
- Share your personal passions and knowledge of the services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home
- Collaborate with team members to communicate what you see and hear to staff and management to ensure the guests’ needs are being met
- Have an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Able to work calmly in stressful situations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service position.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Bilingual English & Mandarin REQUIRED.
- Must be energetic, dependable and motivated to work
- Prior experience with Yardi preferred.
Compensation:
- $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
