SR MANAGER MENU & PROMOTIONS

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client, a leading national brand in the Fast Casual dining sector, is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of Menu & Promotions to lead their menu strategy and initiatives, aligning with the company's brand and business goals. In this key role, you will drive top and bottom-line growth by spearheading innovative menu developments and successful product launches. Your responsibilities will include managing the menu marketing calendar, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring flawless execution at the restaurant level. JOB DUTIES:
- Collaborate with the VP of Brand Development to formulate and refine short and long-term menu strategies aligning with brand and business objectives.
- Take the lead in strategic menu development, providing product recommendations, devising marketing strategies, and securing alignment from key stakeholders for menu management initiatives, including tests, deletions, and national product launches.
- Work closely with the Analytics team to gather insights on customer needs, growth targets, market trends, and product testing results, using this information to develop recommendations for prioritized focus areas.
- Analyze ongoing menu performance across various channels, both at the restaurant and in digital spaces, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Partner with the Culinary Ideation team to contribute to the innovation pipeline, collaborating with cross-functional team members from Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, IT, POS, Creative, Training, Insights, Marketing, and operational service teams
- Evaluate test, launch product, and category results, providing recommendations for alignment with brand leadership and franchisees.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Data-driven mindset with innate curiosity and a growth-oriented approach
- Understanding of the commercialization process for products or programs
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, including strong PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally to develop intelligent business solutions
- Project management expertise with a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Relevant experience in well-established CPG products or the QSR/Restaurant industry
- Genuine passion for food and commitment to enhancing the customer experience
- Strong presentation and interpersonal/influencing skills
- 5+ years working in brand strategy or category management
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
