Our client, a financial services firm in Greenville is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support one of their leading individuals. The ideal candidate will be sharp, professional, and able to multi-task to keep this leader on track.
Responsibilities
- Support executive with coordinating his calendar and keeping his schedule on track throughout the day
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Collaborate and interact with clients, strengthening those relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and figure things out
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Interest or experience in the financial services industry
Compensation:
- $45,000-70,000 depending on experience
- Additional yearly bonus up to $12k

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-4:30 or 8:30-5pm on-site
