Role Overview: The F-16 Quality Inspector ensures high-quality standards by inspecting materials, monitoring production, and approving finished components. This full-time role in Fort Worth, Texas, is key to maintaining the safety and performance of F-16 operations.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming materials, ensuring they meet specifications.
- Monitor production, ensuring corrections are made as needed.
- Approve finished products after thorough inspections.
- Address non-conformance issues with the Quality Manager.
- Document inspection results and prepare AS9102 reports.
- Maintain and operate measurement equipment safely.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of aerospace quality inspection experience.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, measuring components, and using Microsoft Office.
- Preferred: Experience with AS9100/ISO9001, GD&T, and FARO ARM.
