REQUIRED:
- looking for a Business/Systems Analyst with a technical background
HUGE PLUS: Banking industry experience
Responsibilities:
-- engage with stakeholders in a language that they understand using modelling techniques and tools to convey large amounts of information without always relying on text
- work with basic office tools like Word, Excel (knowledge of macros and VBScript a plus), and Powerpoint
- Work with Visio
- Agile and tools like JIRA or Rally
OTHER:
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively between business and technology stakeholders
- Ability to forge strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to run stakeholder meetings
- Ability to ask insightful questions to retrieve the information you need from stakeholders
