Title: Business Product Director
Duration: Direct Hire
Location: North Chicago, Illinois
Details: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Compensation: $200,000 base salary + Benefits + Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital transformation of Patient Services (APS), integrating diverse technologies into one unified product.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and life cycle management of patient relationship products and services across the organization.
- Assemble and lead cross-functional teams across business and technical disciplines to manage complex, multi-million-dollar programs, ensuring products meet strategic objectives and budget.
- Drive product vision, development of roadmaps, and effective integration with internal and external partners.
- Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure product success.
- Lead a team of business system product owners responsible for delivering patient engagement and telephony tools, access, and reimbursement technologies.
- Oversee budget management (up to $50 million), reporting, and collaboration with Finance and Accounting teams.
- Accountable for setting program goals, managing resources, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Communicate product and project status updates to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a closely related field; Masters is preferred.
- 18 years of combined experience in process development, project management, and engineering/process support within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce, ERP systems, and other digital tools, especially in healthcare or life sciences.
- Expereince managing large-scale digital transformations, including CRM integration, omnichannel, and claims engines.
- Experience managing 3rd party vendor relationships and leading matrixed teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across complex programs.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional senior and executive management.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel.
