Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists to work at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Sheridan, Oregon. We bring more than 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.Physical Therapist Contract Details:
- $1,620 - $1,795 per week
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
- Skilled Nursing Facility
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers

Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Oregon
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Prior experience in an SNF preferred
