Intelletec has partnered with a growing firm building a next-gen ML Data Intelligence Platform for unstructured data who are looking to hire a Head of AI Research to help spearhead state-of-the-art ML research initiatives within the LLM space.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for shaping and executing research strategy, managing and building a team of top ML research scientists.
- Lead ML Research organization utilizing your strong background in advanced machine learning research, particularly in the area of LLMs.
- Drive the publication of high-impact research papers and represent the firm at conferences and industry events.
- Stay at the forefront of machine learning advancements and ensure the team is leveraging the latest research while pushing boundaries in our field.
- Oversee and contribute to research projects focusing on advanced language models.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in cutting-edge machine learning research, with a strong track record of leading ML and LLM innovation.
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing research teams of 5-10 scientists.
- A strong publication record in top-tier machine learning conferences and journals.
- Ph.D. or MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning strongly preferred
