This is an onsite position and a 1 year contract role with our direct client.
Working hand in had with a Sr. PM on utility projects
Will be involved and manage all phases of small to mid-sized construction projects while collaborating with our Customers, Superintendents, Foreman, Project Assistants, Senior Project Managers, and Division Vice President. This position is responsible for driving the overall performance of the contract and ensuring all requirements are met.
Candidates will be introspective and analytical, producing high-quality work. They will be focused on details based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. Simultaneously, being precise, outputting consistent work with patience, and a willingness to handle tasks one at a time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage resources, third-party vendors, field teams
- Address any customer issues/concerns.
- Prepare and manage budget costs analysis
- Prepare invoicing, timesheets, reporting
- Ordering of materials from vendors
- Progress tracking
- Promote and ensure safety and environmental plans
- Provide direction and leadership to project team
- Coordinate and attend project planning, pre-design, and design meetings
- Other responsibilities as assigned
