Candidates should have the following capabilities/ experience/ ambitions:
- Review Scope of Work on all client contracts.
- Manage multiple projects to ensure adherence to contract requirements, agreed scope of work, schedule and budget.
- Pre-plan projects, including, but not limited to:
- Review design drawings and specifications.
- Create sequence drawings; Create safety hazard report.
- Create “Request for Change Order” log.
- Create Operating Data sheet; and Create Schedule of Values.
- Ensure change order requests are completed within project timeline.
- Create tool list, site-specific safety/erection plans, and erection check-off list.
- Develop and maintain project timelines.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors.
- Approve Purchase Orders on all projects under supervision.
- Create RFI as project requires and push/track through completion to ensure continued, uninterrupted field operations.
- Communicate to Vice President of Operations the weekly project schedule, a weekly percent complete and a monthly cost variance from project estimate.
Pay Range:
$45,000k-60,000k/yearly
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
