The Help Desk Specialist will provide comprehensive technical support via phone, remote assistance, email, and in-person.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Managing and deploying computer systems and encrypted hard drives.
- Creating and updating helpdesk tickets.
- Administering Windows Active Directory user accounts and group memberships.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience with Windows desktop OS (7, 10, 11) and MacOS systems.
- Familiarity with a Windows Active Directory environment, including hardware and software maintenance for desktops, laptops, printers, and firmware.
