Assists in supporting the business by responding to customer requests, questions, and problems; working problem tickets in ServiceNow; troubleshooting problems for root causes; communicating findings and status updates for customers.
Participates in team tasks by receiving assignments from experienced team members or project leads; giving updates on assignments when requested; contributing to team meetings and discussions; reviewing and revising team documentation; and documenting and presenting new information to the team.
What you'll do:
Imaging/Enrolling new PC
Perform basic hardware repairs for Laptops
Virtually assist with our Onboarding process for new hires
Assist with equipment returns, quality assurance checks, cleaning and preparing used equipment to be used for regular inventory demands.
Preparing and shipping out equipment orders for new and existing associates
Must be able to stand, bend, stoop lift, carry, and push and pull objects up to 50lbs.
Must be able to work from one of our Bentonville HO buildings.
