The Account Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and growing ecommerce accounts by working closely with merchandisers, overseeing the listing process, and ensuring quality and compliance for all product listings.
What You'll Do
- Work with the Account Manager to achieve company sales goals for owned accounts.
- Merchandising: Collaborate with Merchandisers to create compelling new product assortments that resonate with clients.
- Listing Management: Own the listing creation process using automated tools and bulk upload processes to ensure accurate and brand-compliant listings.
- Quality Control: Audit account listings daily, focusing on accuracy, brand compliance, and inventory levels to ensure optimal performance.
- Strategy Implementation: Work with Account Managers to develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to plan assortments to drive incremental sales volume.
- Identify growth opportunities and explore white space in each account.
- Monitor and report on the performance of product categories and individual listings.
- Maintain awareness of current trends and consumer behavior to enhance the e-commerce customer experience.
- Collaborate on weekly live forecasting by account to support production planning.
- Work with internal and external partners to promote and advertise listings where applicable
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce account management or merchandising in apparel/fashion.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.
- Strong problem-solving and self-starting skills.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Target+ and/or Shopify
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
