What You’ll Do:
- Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with our technical teams to deliver seamless solutions and support.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements.
- Manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a technical client-facing role, ideally within a managed service environment.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
This role will be 1 day a week on-site in Brooklyn. There is a base salary up to $120,000 and great benefits.
