JOB DESCRIPTION
• An educational services client of ours in looking for instructional assistants to join their growing team. These professionals will assist in teaching responsibilities, work with students individually and in small groups on academic/ developmentally-appropriate activities, social interactions, communication, practice life skills and behavior management. Below is a list of day-to-day activities: ○ Monitor students ○ Preform lifting, positioning, and transferring techniques in accommodating students' needs ○ Monitor and assist students with all personal hygiene ○ Keep attendance records ○ Prepare, distribute and collect notes for guardians
Must haves:
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand basic educational terminology

- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- PA Criminal Clearance
- FBI Clearance
- Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification Form (Act 24 Form)
- Copy of Physical (PA Department of Health Form)
- Copy of TB test results
- Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release (Act 168 Form)
- Date of hire for Agency
