Senior Financial Analyst
Dallas, TX
One of Vaco's Fortune 50 clients is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their growing and collaborative team. This role will have broad involvement with overall forecasting/budgeting, optimizing CapEx/OpEx, risk strategy, market flux analysis and long-range planning and will team closely with Senior executives on monthly reporting and presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial analyses to measure monthly financial performance, explain variances to budget and forecast along business trends
- Analyze business performance, evaluate KPIs, trends, market condition analysis within regions and business lines
- Collaborate with team to develop enhanced analytics
- Identify areas for streamlining and process improvement
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecast updates
- Present and explain findings to executive leadership
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of financial analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, MBA is a plus
- Intermediate Excel required
- Thorough understanding of P&L, Financial Analysis and business trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
